Taking care of business has never been easier than with Google Sheets. Google's cloud-based spreadsheet tool allows for anyone to create, edit, and share spreadsheets from anywhere with anyone. Just like the rest of the Google Drive suite, this tool remains totally free but requires its users to have an email account that is linked up to Google. Also, like much of the Google Drive suite, Google Sheets focuses on making tools that are not just free to use but also easy to use. While this has been a critique by some of its users, as it is not as powerful as other competitors, many users remain dedicated to the platform due to its simple interface.

While Google Sheets may not have some of the more outlandish features of its competitors, it retains all of the functionality. It doesn't demand that its users learn all sorts of codes and tricks to make spreadsheets work, but simply allows for intuitive and natural use. It is currently offered in twenty-four languages and that number continues to grow. It is available for both Mac and Windows operating systems as well as Android and Apple mobile devices. By simply logging into their account, users can quickly and easily pick up where they left off in their work.

Overall, Google Sheets and the Google Drive suite remain the leader in cloud based tools for a reason. The functionality and simplicity of the product makes it easy for anyone to start to use, regardless of their background. The price point also does not hurt as Google Sheets has always been and continues to be free.

On Android devices, Google Sheets is a powerful app with many features and capabilities. Everyone from students to professionals will feel at home using Sheets, and the app should meet the needs of most users. Power users will always prefer the Desktop version of Sheets, or even Microsoft Excel, though.

Not only can you edit spreadsheets, but you can create them as well with the app. There are templates that make creating the sheets as easy as possible. Open all of the sheets that you have been working on in Google Drive so that you don't have to switch between different devices or lose any of the important information that you have already made.
